Privacy Policy

We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

Your phone number (your account), your purchases and downloads, M-Pesa transaction references, and basic technical logs. We never receive your M-Pesa PIN.

Why

To give you access to what you paid for, to send login codes and receipts by SMS, to prevent fraud and file sharing, and to improve the service.

Sharing

We share data only with our payment and SMS provider (MovePay) to process payments and messages, and with authorities where the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting support@exams.co.ke.
